Welcome to Learn Lab (www.learnlabph.com). By accessing our website, enrolling in our public training programs, or contracting our bespoke corporate learning solutions, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

These terms govern your operational use, interaction, and structural engagement with all instructional services, digital innovations, and custom development tracks provided by Learn Lab.

1. Definition of Services

   Learn Lab provides professional training, workforce development, and corporate consultation solutions. Our offerings include, but are not limited to:

   • Public workshops, seminars, and professional certification programs.
   • Bespoke, customized corporate training modules based on an organization’s Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
   • On-site (Face-to-Face), virtual, and hybrid delivery formats.
     
     

2. Enrollment, Registrations, and Payment Terms

   We require explicit commitment frameworks for all public or custom enterprise tracking programs:

   • Individuals: Enrollment in any public training course or masterclass is only guaranteed once full payment or a confirmed deposit has been processed through our authorized payment channels.
   • Corporate Clients: Customized training tracks require a signed service agreement or a valid Purchase Order (PO). Payment schedules will strictly follow the milestones outlined in the specific corporate proposal.
   • All listed fees for custom workshops, assessments, and corporate training roadmaps are subject to prevailing taxes unless a valid tax exemption certificate is provided.
     
     

3. Intellectual Property Rights

   All training materials, course modules, slideshow decks, case studies, AI prompting frameworks, digital templates, and proprietary materials provided during any Learn Lab session remain the intellectual property of Learn Lab and its subject matter experts.

   Participants and corporate entities are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use the materials for personal refinement or internal operational execution. You may not record, reproduce, redistribute, resell, or publicly display our curriculum without explicit written consent from Learn Lab management.
   
   

4. Customization and Program Revisions

   For customized corporate programs, Learn Lab builds modules tailored to your specific competency framework.

   • Requested revisions to course outlines, specific industry case studies, or practical activities must be finalized at least seven (7) business days before the scheduled training date.
   • Any structural modifications requested after training execution has commenced may incur additional curriculum development fees.
     
     

5. Cancellations, Postponements, and Refund Policy

   Scheduling stability is critical to ensuring premium execution from our subject matter practitioners:

   • By the Client/Participant: Notice of cancellation or postponement for open-enrollment courses must be submitted via email to admin@learnlabph.com within the specified period mentioned during registration. Corporate scheduling adjustments are subject to the terms of the individual corporate training agreement.
   • By Learn Lab: We reserve the right to cancel or postpone a program due to unforeseen technical failures, facilitator emergencies, or force majeure events. In such instances, participants will be offered a full slot transfer to a rescheduled date or a complete course credit.
     
     

6. Acceptable and Responsible Use

   When participating in virtual or face-to-face modules—specifically during practical exercises involving Artificial Intelligence & Digital Innovation (e.g., Prompt Engineering or Meta Ads frameworks)—participants agree to adhere to strict ethical usage standards. You agree not to utilize tools introduced by Learn Lab to create malicious content, violate data privacy rights, or bypass platform guidelines.
   
   

7. Limitation of Liability

   Learn Lab designs its practical, workplace-focused workshops to match current industry demands. However, we do not guarantee specific employment outcomes, direct revenue increases, or absolute platform results (such as specific conversion rates for Meta Ads or BPO hiring quotas). The application of learned skills remains the absolute responsibility of the individual or contracting organization.
   
   

8. Changes to These Terms

   We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect updates in labor regulations, technological shifts, or operational standards. Continued use of our platforms or enrollment in our programs constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
